Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PalletZero, you agree to these Terms of Service. PalletZero is operated by Pantoll Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

PalletZero provides AI-powered packing slip processing and EDI 856 ASN document generation. You upload images of packing slips (via web dashboard or SMS), our system extracts structured data using Google Gemini AI, and you can generate and transmit EDI 856 documents to your trading partners via SPS Commerce.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@pantollventures.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your Data

You own your shipment data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate through the service. We process your data solely to provide the service as described. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. AI-Generated Data

PalletZero uses AI (Google Gemini) to extract data from packing slip images. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction is not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before transmitting EDI 856 documents to trading partners. We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted data that you approve for transmission.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is not a legitimate packing slip, shipping document, or BOL.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit the service.
• Transmit fraudulent EDI documents to trading partners.
• Exceed your plan's scan limits through automated or scripted uploads without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

PalletZero is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
